Harpenden 34 - 3 Barnet
Harp scored five tries against a gutsy Barnet side in the Colts West League. Despite what was reported as a fairly late night out by a number of players threats of `doing a Cipriani` were ignored & the players knuckled down and won fairly convincingly in the end.
Up 17-0 at half time with tries by Gilligan & Davies there were further scores from Haddock, Stagg & Pattison. One penalty & three conversions from Gilligan completed the scoring.
Despite a number of injuries all players had a good run out & benefited but there are tougher games ahead.
