A tough match for Harpenden. Fantastic tackling by Jeffrey Lynch, Elliot Lister-Fell and Joshua Henderson kept        
Hertford out. The forwards pushed for all they were worth and the chances made by Jamie Hissey Charlie Pattison and        
Thomas Durkin finally allowed Conor Barry with a superhman effort to puch through for a brillant try.

Harpenden Tigers 15 v Bishop's Stortford 15
         
A tightly matched competition lead toa wel deserved draw for Harpenden.        
The team played brillaintly and Player of the Week Tim Miller was all over the pitch        
never mising an opportunity to tackle or snatch the ball away.        
Henry Regan raced to 2 tries and was followed up by wiry scrum half William Owen with Harpenden's third try.        
         
Match -3        
Harpenden Tigers 0 v Hertford 'B" 30
         
A tough match for Harpenden where despite great heart in defence the Tigers were out manouvered by Hertford.        
         
Match - 4        
Harpenden Lions 15 v Bishop's Stortford 'A' 0
         
A brilliant match for all the parents and fans as harpenden built on their strong 2 try lead at half time with some        
stunning defence work.Thomas Durkin had two hard fought tries in the first half with some excellent running of the back of brilliant rucking and mauling        
by the team. In the second half Bishops Stortford fought back winning most scrums but still Harps would not give up.        
After halting a Bishops try by lifting the player and ball off the try line the team kept the pressure on at Bishops end of the field.        
Finally after a tense few minutes Conor Barry broke through for his second try of the day to cap a great win.        
All the parents were ecstatic with the lions performance as a team and the whole side was named 'Players of the week'.
